about this class

To register: goodspacetoronto.ca/pages/schedule Pilates uses small and precise movements done in repetition to build muscle in the body. A happy muscular system = a more supported life. Uncover an awareness of your posture, a deeper breath, a softened burden of physical demands on the entire skeletal system and an overarching feeling of capability + strength in your day-to-day life. This class typically uses weighted toning balls and squish balls. All props provided. Incorporates music.
