To register: goodspacetoronto.ca/pages/schedule A buoyant cardio experience, this class is designed to make you jump, sweat, dance and soak up a boost of fresh endorphins. Forget about your day and lean into the pure joy of release and coordinated movement. Raising our heartbeats and getting a sweat going is primary, here. Expect medium to high intensity dynamic movement choreographed to the beat along with Pilates-based repetitions. All props provided. This class is done to music.
