To register: goodspacetoronto.ca/pages/schedule Yin yoga helps you find your unique edge: a point of intensity that remains gentle and non-threatening, avoiding pain or forcefulness. As you greet this edge with stillness and receptivity, the challenge lies in allowing your body and mind to acclimatize. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes with guided prompts throughout, keeping you engaged and leaving you feeling invigorated and calm. All props provided. This class is done to music.
