To register: finetunepilates.ca/offerings#booking-links Unison classes are an intimate, semi-private reformer experience offered exclusively in-person at our Parkdale studio. With a class maximum of 5 people, you will be seen and cared for on an individual level, while benefiting from the energy of moving in community. These cozy classes are 50 minutes in length, fostering motivation and inquiry as you explore your relationship with your body.
